Dr. Herrick has been in practice since 1988. She is a founding member of The West Falls Psychotherapy Group and often collaborates with her colleagues in providing coordinated treatment to multiple family members.
Dr. Herrick has particular expertise in working with people who are striving to improve their personal relationships, both within their families and with romantic partners. She also works extensively with children, teenagers and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression or grief. Her practice includes work with families in conflict, parental guidance for helping teenagers navigate their adolescence, couples' therapy, and individual therapy for people of all ages.
Dr. Herrick is also a Parenting Coordinator, a role that offers help to separated or divorced parents who have been struggling to collaborate effectively in parenting. She has been trained in the Collaborative Law model, and participates on Collaborative teams as a Mental Health Expert and Coach.
