Billing Policy

I do not participate in any insurance networks. HOWEVER, AS I AM A LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST IN WASHINGTON, DC AND VIRGINIA, MOST INSURANCE PLANS (except HMO plans) WILL PAY PARTIAL REIMBURSEMENT FOR TREATMENT I PROVIDE.

Check with your insurance provider for details. Unlike psychotherapy, Parenting Coordination and Collaborative Coaching are – unfortunately – not reimbursable.

I employ a book keeper who sends out invoices once a month. Payments can then be made directly to me at the beginning of the next month.  In my work as a Collaborative Divorce Coach and Collaborative Child Specialist, I will ask for a retainer at the beginning of our work together.  The retainer is renewable as the work progresses.  Details about my billing for Collaborative services will be discussed when with clients when you begin.

Any payment may be made by check, credit card or via Venmo. I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you choose to pay with a credit card, a fee of 3% of the amount paid will be added to your payment. There is no charge for Venmo payments.

Email me with any questions or for further information.

Pyschological Services in the Era of the Coronavirus

I have started seeing clients in person during limited hours at my Falls Church and Dupont Circle offices. I will continue to offer telehealth services to connect with my clients who wish to meet virtually.

It has been such a hard time for all of us, so I am continuing to do what I can to be flexible in my practice to attend to the needs of each client. Some still have children at home all day, others are financially strained.

I welcome new clients and hope to continue to figure out creative ways to connect with everyone who seeks my help.
